Scheduled Maintenance

02/18/10 @ 11:30 AM - all Tower work is finished and
everything is back Online.

02/15/10 @ 4:30 PM - the schedule has changed again!
Because of problems elsewhere the people that were
scheduled for the Tower work on Tuesday (02/16/10)
have been reassigned.  We're now scheduled for Thursday
(2/18/10)at the same times.  Start at around 8:00 AM
and finish by 11:30 PM.

02/15/10 @ 3:00 PM - the schedule for the work planned
for Tuesday (2/16/10) has changed a little.  We're now
going to start at around 8:00 AM with the work on
Tower 2 (Avalon).  It'll be Offline from around 8:30 AM.
And the work on Tower 1 (JMW Building) will start
around 10:30 AM.  Both will be back Online around 11:30
AM.

02/14/10 @ 2:45 - the VoIP Phone Server Upgrade went
well.  We were only Offline for around five Minutes.

02/11/10 @ 10:00 AM - Tuesday (2/16/10) starting at
around 7:00 AM we are going to be doing some work on
our Towers 1 (JMW Building) and 2 (Avalon).  We're
replacing/upgrading the 2.4 GHz Access Points on both
Towers and the Backhaul link to Tower2 (Avalon).  Tower
1 should be back Online by 8:30 AM.  But due to the
Backhaul Upgrade Tower2 will not be fully back Online
until around 11:30 AM.

02/10/10 @ 1:00 PM - this Sunday (2/14/10) starting at
around 2:00 PM we are going to replace our VoIP Phone
Server.  VoIP Phone Services will be Offline for about
30 Minutes or so. If your VoIP Phone Service doesn't
come back Online by 3:00 PM you may need to reset the
Phone Adapter.  Do this by disconnecting the power
connector on the back of the Phone Adapter (the small
round connector), wait 5 or 10 sesonds and then plug
it back in.

02/07/10 @ 1:00 PM - we're going to replace a Switch
today.  We should be Offline only for a Minute or two.

01/31/10 @ 3:00 PM - everything that needed to be moved
to the new UPS has been moved and is back online.

01/31/10 @ 1:00 PM - we're going to move some of our
equipment to a new (additional) UPS.  Some, but not all,
of the Network will be Offline for a few Minutes between
1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Sunday Jan 31, 2010.
