2. Leaving early (before president had run final bell)
3. Cell Phone ringing during lunch or program
4. Taking Cell Phone call during lunch or program
5. Failure to Wear Name Badge
6. Taking Name Badge from Meeting Room
7. Calling a Rotarian by title (anything other than first name)
8. Talking during program

Each of these offenses will result in a $1.00 fine.  You can receive more than one fine during a single meeting.
